As of today, Hades is retrograde in 08 Cancer and Uranus, also retrograde,
is in 00 Taurus. In 90* dial terms, they are sharing an axis (being
essentially 22:30* degrees apart.) We Uranian types would use this
shorthand: Hades = Uranus, to represent that fact. The idea is that they're
"in aspect" and affecting one another and combining to spur actions and
reactions based on their interaction. So you can judge if and how and where
you might be seeing that, here are some delineation ideas:
Be wary of computer virusus, hacking and other potential problems with
electronic technology. This also means there can be disgust with what is
called Progress. It also means that you'll see how much the social climate
has changed in favor of the lower echelons of the culture. The world seems
to be devolving into an increasing vulgarity; "the common man" has gotten a
lot more common in this impoverished and nearly anti-intellectual climate.
We see more volatile and rebellious behavior that moves toward what we
perceive as "evil." In the name of "social change," there can be demeaning
efforts or virtually criminal actions. Even in other ways, you may be aware
of people who act "bad" to achieve their own rules and to create disruptions
(and to insist on "freedom.")
Under these energies, there'll be examples or reminders of The Clash of the
Classes. And because people react abruptly, they often make a situation
worse. For some folks, the way to declare individuality is to "do mean or
bad stuff." There can be times of Indifference to those who are
Impoverished or having a really rough time.
Friendships can likewise be subjected to this "bad to worse" trend; friends
may be faced with very difficult problems; friendships can be tested.
This is a time when things can suddenly take a turn for the worse. There
can be unexpected problems. Out of the blue, sh_t happens! And since some
will unconsciously sense this, there can be a lot of tension and an
underlying anxiety. It's as though many are just waiting for something to
go wrong (so there is that ongoing, anticipatory stress.)
You may see folks who act on impulse or express a rather erratic side of
their nature. Others just break rules and seem detached while they're doing
it. Some are seeking excitement to escape depression. Under these
energies, you can hear of rare diseases.
This is a time to observe changes that aren't for the better. While there
can be missteps and mistakes as you learn or adapt to new things, you want
to try to recognize the innovations or changes that won't produce positive
results. By the same token, just because something's different or
unusual--that doesn't make it bad. (So the Uranus-Hades will often be a
challenge of discrimination.)
