If you're a subscriber to the monthly print newsletter, "Tools of the
Trade," in the next few days (if not tomorrow,) you'll receive the June
issue that features the fact that the Cancer Ingress occurs within hours of
a solar eclipse...AT THE ARIES POINT!!!! Since we delineate the Aries Point
as "The World" and events that impact and feature a great many people and
the zeitgeist, this is a big deal. The issue of "Tools of the Trade"
focuses on delineation of the eclipse--on that degree and how the chart
dramatizes it.
Here, I thought we could talk about the Ingress. The difference is that
I'll mention a lot of midpoints--not just those to the 00 Cardinal Aries
Point. With the Ingress, you'll be looking at factors and midpoints to
radix and solar arc directed points in your chart (and not just those that =
00 Cardinal.) To make it easier to find those factors or midpoints that
impact YOUR chart, I'll list things in 90* dial order-- where they would be
entered on a 90 degree dial. Then you'll need to incorporate the radix or
directed point(s) at that degree--and in that axis-- to form a more complete
delineation. Hopefully you can print the chart (with TNPs and a bunch of
asteroids) for June 20, 2020 at the Ingress for your location (to take
advantage of those angles and what they might be suggesting for you.) Of
course, I will have to be brief in order to present a bunch of midpoints, so
you'll need to expand the delineations for the ones that are important for
your chart. It goes without saying that there are a gazillion more midpoints
but I hope this is a kind of jump start for you.
CARDINAL
00:21 00 Cancer: Uranus/Panacea: Sometimes, if you're really gonna' fix
something, you have to "Think outside the box." Sometimes, it takes
changes, something novel or something unusual to really bring about an
improvement. But can "technology" solve everything (or whatever the current
problem is)?
01:03 01 Libra: Hades/Kalypso, Rx: The retrograde condition of Kalypso can
be pointing to something that was hidden or concealed "in the past," and
Hades indicates that it wasn't a good thing! It may be mistakes, a disease,
a problem or something someone was ashamed of-- but the reality wasn't
available!
01:35 01 Libra: Pythia/Uranus: When things have been SO unusual, so
unexpected and so sudden, there's just no way to feel confident about
knowing how they will turn out.
04:04 04 Libra: Nemesis/Zeus, Rx: As well as blame being directed at guns
or militaristic reactivity, there can be awareness that inflammation or the
blood pressure are at the root of a problem.
05:26 05 Cancer: Uranus/Valentine: True, you "could" be attracted to a
friend or come up with some wildly original idea for your romantic life
(--that's why canoes and oil rigs exist) but there is also the concern about
stress affecting the heart or the endocrine system disrupting hormonal
production.
06:08 06 Cancer: Admetus/Sisyphus: Ya' just have to Keep on Keepin' On!
11:37 11 Cancer: Admetus/Panacea: To "fix" some things, you just have to
avoid This and That and Stay the Course! Some Improvements seem to be a
Trial by Endurance.
20:05 20 Libra: Neptune/Psyche: Times of feeling physically vulnerable can
very much show up in the emotional resilence. Illness and disappointment
have a psychological impact.
23:58 23 Libra: Neptune/Ophelia: Sometimes, when a person feels fragile,
easily influenced or very compassionate, events and people can cause them to
hyper-react or to react in a way that isn't suited to events. If you think
of Neptune here as the immune response, note that Ophelia can indicate that
autoimmunity has been triggered.
24:38 24 Cancer: Hades/Sisyphus: The suggestion here is that some
difficulty has started again.
25:10 25 Cancer: Hidalgo/Uranus: There will be times when certain facts
just aren't stated so as to avoid a scene or upset.
26:07 26 Cancer: Kronos/Handley: For some people, these energies will put
them in touch with an oncologist. Others will be focussed on "malignancies"
and hostile or sinister actions & effects of leaders, laws and government
officials.
FIXED
30: 08 00 Leo: Hades/Panacea: This combination of energies generally
indicates that there are either difficult side effects from what was
attempted as a solution or cure, or that "the fix" didn't work. There can
be attempts to resolve "Hades things"-- like viruses, poverty, mistakes and
details.
31:41 01 Leo: Kronos/Panacea: In one guise, this can be about improvements
for a father, boss or authority figure. On other days, it'll be about "the
cures" that are legally available or that are offered by governments,
officials or police-type figures.
34:24 04 Leo Astraea/Hades: As well as some difficulty with vision, you
can hear of problems where recovery has been slow (or just isn't happening!)
These energies can also bring up the fact that, regarding something
important in the past, a person just really never got over it.
35:48 05 Scorpio: Handley/Saturn, Rx: While Handley can refer to dealing
with cancer, it also means "something lousy, something pernicious or
harmful." Then Saturn offers concepts like: the job, bones, teeth,
responsibilities and timing. So, if this midpoint is important in your
chart, you might hear of a father or older person dealing with cancer or
another serious challenge." But you could also be aware of how a difficulty
faces off with Saturn's ability to dig into inner reserves and
self-reliance.
38:28 08 Leo: Zeus, Rx/Ophelia: When people and situations are "up in
arms," volatile and easily triggered, some folks are sure gonna' (Ophelia)
over-react or react inappropriately. Note that, on a physical level, there
can be inflammation that ignites autoimmune reactivity.
41:34 11 Leo: Hades/Urania: You could certainly be aware of astrological
research, mistakes or very basic stuff with astrology, but also expect to
recognize that when a person is dealing with real difficulty, it very much
affects their perspective and their perceptions.
45:10 15 Leo: Kronos/Nemesis: Nemesis seeks to find fault and establish who
or what "caused this." With Kronos, you know that officials, experts or
issues with laws will be in Nemesis' limelight (and this is in The Aries
Axis too!!!)
45:33 15 Scorpio: Neptune/Sphinx: Sphinx always has questions. There's
just "missing information" and stuff it doesn't have exact answers for. Oh
boy! Now imagine it trying to get answers from Nebulous Neptune! It's like
asking a cloud, the rain or a fog! Stand on the beach and ask the ocean
Why!!! (And now realize that this is in The Aries Axis as The World seeks
answers for some of what's been going on!)
54:52 24 Taurus: Admetus/Harvey: There can be strong concerns here as
Admetus can create mineral imbalances, a thickening or obstruction effect--
and that can impact the (Harvey) blood circulation. So you want to think
about narrowing arteries or increased blood viscosity (that can allow
bad-guy cells to hide from the immune system.)
55:51 25 Scorpio: Aesculapia/Neptune: The immune system can be under
duress due to a medical condition. The health may leave you feeling like
you'd like to crawl back into bed and pull the covers over your head!
MUTABLE
63:17 03 Sag: Neptune/Terpsichore: As well as seeing artistic dance or
movement, expect instances where Neptune produces weakness or fragility in
the (Terpsichore) limbs, balance or coordination.
64:58 04 Sag: Grieve/Neptune: True enough! The toll that grieving for
losses can surely weaken a person. Watch too for instances where there are
(Grieve) complaints intended to garner (Neptune) sympathy.
70:49 10 Gemini: Uranus/Kronos: Are you super competent with technology &
your computer? Are you noticing the heads of technology companies? Are you
interested in a change in goverment? Do you see that some opinions are just
meant to excite or disrupt things?
73:23 13 Gemini: Hades/Harvey: Trouble with the hormonal balances, the
heart or blood circulation is possible.
73:43 13 Gemini: Eros/Hades: While this combination can indicate that a
(Hades) virus or bacteria is affecting the heart, in general, we expect some
(Hades) disease process to be challenging the cardiac or reproductive
system. On less intense days, if this midpoint is vital in your chart,
expect to react to some vulgarity associated with sex.
76:59 16 Pisces: Neptune/Toro: You can see that "Feeling sorry for someone"
and having Compassion can leave someone open to a kind of abuse. That
susceptible people can be bullied will be shown (and the way that bullying
and threats affect a gentle person can also be part of an event.) By the
same token, you're apt to see that even very gentle people can have amazing
strength may also be something you realize.
79:34 19 Sag: Nemesis/Neptune: Since you ask Nemesis to help direct you to
the cause of a problem and to who or what is "at fault," you can imagine the
trouble it has when affected by Neptune! Part of the problem is that someone
is unrealistic or the cause of trouble is masked, hidden or uncertain. Some
"fault" can be assigned to susceptibility, the search for pity or
unrealistic expectations.
79:34 19 Gemini: Kronos/Ophelia: That people can be having hyper-reactions
to (Kronos) laws, legal matters, their fathers, their employer or government
officials can't be a surprise. Some people over-react to authority-- but we
aren't mentioning any names, right?
80:16 20 Gemini: Uranus/Vulcanus: Vulcanus indicates "a powerful force"
and the Uranus suggests that it's for Change or that it occurs suddenly.
These energies can also manifest as HAVING TO do something new or
revolutionary.
84:56 24 Virgo: Psyche/Saturn, Rx: There's no question about it:
difficulties, personal and/or professional ,take an emotional and
psychological toll. This midpoint may bring awareness of the emotional scars
a person has from the impact of their father or step-father. You may also
see that a person's "psychological state" is linked to their fears,
assessment of their personal difficulties or evaluation of their own
competency.
86:02 26 Gemini: Hera/Kronos: While you could notice the partner or
relationship of a celebrity or official, this is also a check on noticing
that your partner's ideas are often opinions and not facts! (Say it isn't
so!) This is also a reminder to consider whether there is, within a
relationship, respect for a partner's accomplishments. Of course, some
(Hera) relationships may be headed for (Kronos) a lawyer!
While some of this is serious, I hope it holds some fun and curiosity too!
